Ballardong AGM Notice correction

Please note the following correction and clarification to the Ballardong Aboriginal Corporation Notice of AGM, relating to the Cultural Advice Committee elections.

Para 2.2 of the Agenda states that the CAC Elections are for a one (1) year term. The candidates elected at the meeting will in fact serve a three (3) year term.

Page five of the Notice of AGM states that members will be asked to vote for two female and two male candidates. In accordance with the Election Manual, members will in fact be asked to vote for up to two (2) female candidates, and up to two (2) male candidates.
