Develop and Implement the Ballardong Housing Strategy
Creating a long-term pathway to more secure and appropriate housing for Ballardong people.
At a glance
A long-term housing pathway
BAC is developing a long-term housing strategy to better understand housing needs across Ballardong Country and identify practical opportunities to increase the supply of secure, appropriate and sustainable housing.
The strategy will connect housing need with available land, partnerships, investment and delivery models. It will consider opportunities ranging from existing public housing and partnerships through to housing developed on Ballardong land.
What we're delivering
During 2026–27, BAC will establish the evidence, partnerships, land pipeline and delivery models needed to create a practical long-term housing program across Ballardong Country.
