BAC is establishing a dedicated enterprise development capability to identify, assess and progress sustainable commercial opportunities that can create long-term value for Ballardong people.
The focus is on building a disciplined pipeline of opportunities rather than pursuing individual ideas in isolation. Opportunities will be assessed for commercial viability, risk, employment and training outcomes, strategic fit and their potential to generate sustainable income for BAC and Ballardong people.
