Senior Coordinator Community Engagement

Ballardong Aboriginal Corporation is seeking a community-focused Senior Coordinator Community Engagement to lead and strengthen BAC’s engagement, communication and relationship-building activities across the Ballardong ILUA region.

This important role will help build trust, strengthen community participation, improve communication and support meaningful engagement between BAC, its members, Elders, Traditional Owners and the wider community.

Executive Manager Compliance and Operations

Ballardong Aboriginal Corporation is seeking a highly capable and values-driven Executive Manager Compliance & Operations to provide strategic leadership across the Corporation’s governance, compliance, operational systems and corporate services functions.

This is a senior leadership role responsible for ensuring BAC operates effectively, transparently and in accordance with its legal, cultural, governance and funding obligations. The role works closely with the CEO, Board of Directors and Leadership Team to strengthen organisational systems, support strategic growth, and ensure the Corporation delivers high-quality services to the Ballardong community.
