Notice of Trustee Appointment

The Ballardong Aboriginal Corporation (ICN 9605) was endorsed as the regional corporation for the Ballardong Agreement Group on 20 October 2022.

The South West Native Title Agreement, in the form of six Indigenous Land Use Agreements, formally commenced on 25 February 2021. Under the Agreement governance structure, the Ballardong Agreement Group are required to elect a regional corporation to represent the interests of the Agreement Group. Perpetual Limited appointed the Ballardong Aboriginal Corporation as the regional corporation for the Ballardong Agreement Group (Trustee Appointment) pursuant to clause 4.1(a) of the Noongar Boodja Trust Deed.
