Ballardong Directors’ Election 2024: Message from the Returning Officer

Dear Members

It has come to the notice of the Returning Officer that the Voter Declaration Slip in the Ballot Package for the Ballardong Directors’ Election 2024, incorrectly calls the election a ‘By-election’.

The Returning Officer has ruled that this printing error does not affect the good conduct of the Directors’ election and that all signed Voter Declaration slips will be accepted as valid when returned with the Ballot papers in the Ballot envelope as instructed.

All completed ballot papers MUST be received by the Returning Officer by Monday, 19 August 2024.
